We would like to welcome all of our guests to the Bay Area with an informal dinner at Safari West in Santa Rosa, California. This wildlife preserve, set on 400 acres on the outskirts of the city, is home to hundreds of exotic mammals and birds, and is dedicated to the preservation of endangered species. The wedding ceremony will be held on the terrace at Paradise Ridge Winery, in Santa Rosa, California. Please feel free to come early to visit the sculpture garden on the way up the hill. At the winery, you will enjoy magnificent views of the wine country. Visit their website at www.prwinery.com.
Wedding Reception

Dancing until 11 p.m.
After the ceremony, enjoy hors d'oeuvres on the terrace, and then a reception at the main building. We will be serving a selection Paradise Ridge wines with dinner. Your options for the meal are vegetarian tamales, salmon, or steak. Make sure to leave room for a Ben & Jerry's ice cream concoction! After dinner, put on your dancing shoes for Candela, an 8-piece salsa band.

- Tamales : Black Bean and Goat Cheese Tamales in Banana Leaves with Red Bell Pepper Cream.
- Salmon : Organic Salmon Fillet and Shitake Mushrooms Baked in Pinot Noir en Papillote.
- Steak : New York Strip with Dijon Shallot Sauce with a "Haystack" of Frizzled Leeks.
